Organic Semiconductors and Emitters For Organic Light Emitting Diodes

Synthesis and characterization by theoretical and experimental methods  of organic hole-, electron and bipolar   semiconductors and   with ionization potentials varying over a wide range and charge drift mobilities reaching 10-2 cm2/Vs. Organic emitters and host-guest systmems with photoluminescence quantum yields exceeding 80 %.  Estimation of phtoluminescence quantum yields, ionization potential, thermal stability, charge mobilities. Fabrication of organic light emitting diodes.

Application areas:

Organic light emitting diodes, organic thin film transistors, electrochromic devices.
