Nuo 2016 m. sausio 1 dienos įsigaliojus pakuočių atitikties esminiams ES Pakuočių ir pakuočių atliekų tvarkymo direktyvos reikalavimams, daugybė gamintojų užduoda klausimą – kaip teisingai kreiptis ir ko prašyti iš tiekėjų, esančių užsienio šalyse, kad gauti dokumentai tenkintų įsigaliosiančios tvarkos aprašo reikalavimus.
Prašymai pateikti Lietuvos teisės aktais įteisintą deklaraciją ar deklaruoti atitiktį LR pakuočių ir pakuočių atliekų tvarkymo įstatymo nuostatoms užsienio tiekėjams dėl neteisingai suformuluotų klausimų dažniausiai yra nesuprantami. Siekiant išvengti panašių nesusipratimų – KTU Pakavimo inovacijų ir tyrimų specialistai siūlo Jums formuluotę, kuria prašoma patvirtinti atitiktį esminiams ES Direktyvos pakuočių reikalavimams. We declare, that all the goods exported to ………………….., when leaving our factory, meets the requirements of the EC Commission Directive, relating to Packages and Packaging waist – 94/62/EC, published in the „Journal of the European Communities“ of 20 December 1994 (and last Amendments 2013/2 EG from 07.02.2013), in France: Law 2007-1467 from 29.10.2007.
We declare concerning presence heavy metals (CR 13695-1) or toxic materials (CR 13695-2) and meeting the requirements of art. 11/3:
• The sum of the concentration levels of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium does not exceed 100 parts per million by weight (CR 13695-1).
• Packaging doesn’t present toxic or hazardous chemical substances or materials (CR 13695-2).
Concerning the packaging essential requirements of Directive 94/62/EC we also confirm the statement that all packaging components (depending on material type and nature) can be:
• Recycled concerning EN 13430; or
• Energetically treated concerning EN 13431; or
• Recovered through composting and bio gradation concerning EN 13432.
By confirming, we also declare that we have fulfilled our responsibilities with respect to packaging and have met all other requirements of EN 13427.
